Clear delivery terms for wholesale orders within Malaysia.
Standard business delivery is RM25 per order. Delivery is free when the item total is RM1,000 or more. The applicable option and final cost are shown at checkout once your delivery address is confirmed.
We process wholesale orders after payment authorisation and may contact you where delivery access, stock availability, or a bulk-order requirement needs to be confirmed.
Please contact Mengo Sense before returning any item. Return requests are assessed against the order, product condition, and applicable law. Do not send goods back without written return instructions.
