MengoSense is operated by Mengo Sense Sdn Bhd (1687315-M), of 39A, Jalan Perdana 6/4, Pandan Perdana, 55300 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia.
A submitted order is an offer to buy. We accept an order when we confirm it or dispatch the goods. Product availability, pack formats, and prices may change before acceptance. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and the checkout total shows the applicable delivery charge.
Payment must be authorised before an order is processed. We may cancel or pause an order where payment cannot be authorised, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Delivery and return arrangements are governed by our Shipping & returns policy. Please inspect goods promptly and contact us before returning an item.
You must use MengoSense lawfully and must not interfere with the site, its checkout, or other customers. Product images and site content remain the property of Mengo Sense or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
